I was thinking about checking out some hair curling irons in stores such as , Ulta , walmart , kmart , and ect.
Do you have any advice , tips , or brands/products you reccommend?
Big or small curling irons? Which do you think work best.

Need Details On A Hair Curling Iron That Really Works!?

Hi, I really need to know about a true hair curling iron that results in soft curls and is not way expensive. I got a Revlon one from one of the pharmacy stores such as walgreens(that had all the good stuff such as ionic curls etc written on it), but it left my hair frizzy and dry after curling. Also, tips on a soft curl definer that goes with this iron, would help.
