Need Details On A Hair Curling Iron That Really Works!?

Hi, I really need to know about a true hair curling iron that results in soft curls and is not way expensive. I got a Revlon one from one of the pharmacy stores such as walgreens(that had all the good stuff such as ionic curls etc written on it), but it left my hair frizzy and dry after curling. Also, tips on a soft curl definer that goes with this iron, would help.

there's this new stuff called vol curling mousse or something its only about $3 and it works 4 me so it might work 4 u 2
