In the past few months there is a new idea to do with straightners not only do they straighten but curl your hair too if you use the straightners in the way shown. In the past straightners have continued to change - not only to straighten your hair but to curl, dry, add shine etc. the list continues. Having looked at the multi purpose straightners I have come up with a list of the most popular:

Maybe when you first straighten your hair after washing it you have it hotter but when you just want to iron out a few curly bits you use a lower heat.
