I CANNOT curl my hair. It always comes out kinky or weird, or the curls aren’t very good. Can someone give me a detailed explanation on how to curlhair with a small curlingiron?
I’m trying to make a 1940s hairstyle (victory rolls) for Halloween, but I need to know how to curl my hairwithout a curlingiron or hot rollers. My hair can be straight or wavy, but I’d prefer not to have to try really hard with scrunching and all of that. I don’t have a working curlingiron, and I’m not willing to spend a lot of money on hot rollers. Any suggestions?

I know aobut the kind that has like ridges on it and I dont like those. I just wanted the long black rod that comes with gloves so you dont burn your fingers when you curl your hair? Does anyone know where I could find one and about how much it is?? Thanks! =]
